Jim Boylan, Jr - Managing Director.
Jim Boylan started in property management in 1974. With an MBA from UCD, he has gradually built up the Boylan Property Group in the intervening years, as well as managing his own private property portfolio in Dublin, the UK and Seville in Spain.

Mark Conan - CEO.
Mark Conan has over 30 years experience in property management – is a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute from 1978. He has worked with private clients over the last 10 years.

Mark has run the day to day aspects of BPG for over 15 years. He works closely with Jim. Both Jim and Mark invest personally in commercial and residential property in Ireland and the EU.

Caroline Molloy - Administration.
Caroline Molloy has extensive experience in office management, accounting, sales and marketing, PR, HR and also holds a H. Dip in interior design, planning and layout (DID ID HDip Rhodec) from Dublin Institute of Design.

Caroline Molloy joined the group in 2007 to run the day to day administration and financial side of the business and is based in our Merrion St offices.
