Jim Boylan

Jim Boylan, Jr - Managing Director.
Jim Boylan started in property management in 1974. With an MBA from UCD, he has gradually built up the Boylan Property Group in the intervening years, as well as managing his own private property portfolio in Dublin, the UK and Seville in Spain
.

 

Mark Conan

Mark Conan - CEO.
Mark Conan has over 30 years experience in property management – is a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute from 1978. He has worked with private clients over the last 10 years.

Mark has run the day to day aspects of BPG for over 15 years. He works closely with Jim. Both Jim and Mark invest personally in commercial and residential property in Ireland and the EU.

 

Caroline Molloy

Caroline Molloy - Administration.
Caroline Molloy has extensive experience in office management, accounting, sales and marketing, PR, HR and also holds a H. Dip in interior design, planning and layout (DID ID HDip Rhodec) from Dublin Institute of Design.

Caroline Molloy joined the group in 2007 to run the day to day administration and financial side of the business and is based in our Merrion St offices.

The Boylan Property Group (BPG) is a property investment and development business tracing its origins back to 1932. BPG has been active in the property market since 1975 . Based in Dublin, BPG has commercial and residential property investments in Ireland, England, France & Spain.

With properties worth an estimated €40m, BPG has built up a solid property investment portfolio, which is well balanced geographically.

BPG owns residential apartments in Dublin, Paris and Marbella – which helps balance it's retail and office portfolio in Dublin and the UK. BPG also develops property. We are currently overseeing new office developments in Dublin and residential restoration projects in Paris with a gross development value of over €15m.
